OUR FOUNDER

Sweta Lath

Sweta Lath who also serves as the Promoter and Executive Director at Le Merite Exports Ltd. She leads the company’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives with dedication and vision. Born and raised in Surat famously known as the City of Diamonds. Her love for diamonds eventually blossomed into a true passion, inspiring her to establish Carat4ever a brand born out of her lifelong connection with these timeless treasures.

Abhishek Lath

Abhishek Lath is the Promoter & Managing Director of Le Merite Exports Limited, its subsidiaries, and group companies. With over 21 years of experience, he brings extensive knowledge in finance, and marketing. He also serves as the CFO of LMEL and played a key role in the company's listing on NSE Emerge in May 2022. Mr. Lath has received numerous export awards and accolades from prominent cabinet ministers, including Shri Piyush Goyal, Shri Nitin Gadkari, Smt. Smriti Irani, and Shri Santosh Gangwar.
